A Study on Optician's Job Satisfaction and Price Reliability in accordance with Place of Purchase

Abstract
|
|
|
Purpose: According to the place of purchasing to evaluate whether there is a disagreement about the reliability of the official price of spectacles and contact lenses and opticians satisfaction.
Methods: We were conducted to questionnaires survey to ophthalmic optics students and consumers in Daegu¡¤Gyeongbuk, Busan¡¤Gyeongnam from May to June 2015. The survey was about place of purchase, the reliability of optician's sale and optometry and satisfaction of the spectacles and contact lenses of the price.
Results: Result of optometry score, male's group has higher average score than female(3.89¡¾0.88), and satisfaction of price score has higher female group than male(3.18¡¾0.72). The correlation of place of purchase, non-franchised had higher reliability of optom-etry than franchised(3.99¡¾0.91).
Conclusions: About optician's job reliability and satisfaction of Price in accordance with place of purchase, some parts showed significant difference, and based on these results, we think would be able to be used as increasing satisfaction of price and job reliability.
